Shipping policy

We now hold stock of Large Blue and Small Yellow benches - available for next day delivery. Typically, all products are held in stock and will be dispatched within 48 hours of the order being received (not including weekends and Bank Holidays). Occasionally, we get caught out on stock levels and goods may take a little longer. We will contact you if this will effect you and we will endeavor to deliver all goods purchased through our website within 30 days.

The larger items are sent via a courier on a next day or 48 hour service and will need to be signed for. Any smaller items are sent via first class post.

We are currently able to take orders online for limited overseas customers, if your enquiry is from outside of the UK and you cannot checkout through our website, please contact our sales team on 01594 860374 or email theraply@lydwood.co.uk and they will be able to advise you further.

PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR PRICING, INCLUDING SHIPPING COST, DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY CUSTOMS OR IMPORT DUTIES/CHARGES/TAXES/VAT, THESE MUST BE PAID BY THE RECIPIENT
