A. TheraPly benches have been developed with the benefit of over 18 years' experience of manufacturing and developing therapy benches for Quest '88 Limited. TheraPly benches are made to the same high quality as the Quest '88 benches.
Q. I have a Quest '88 Therapy Bench/Nested Table set. Can you supply spare parts for it?A. Please contact us, many components used in TheraPly benches fit Quest '88 benches. We hold all components in stock and may be able to help you. We can supply all parts for TheraPly benches.
Q. Will you ship TheraPly Benches to other countries?
A. Please contact us to discuss, it may be possible but may incur additional costs. We may be able to direct you to a distributor for TheraPly benches in your country.
Q. What makes TheraPly Benches different from alternatives?
A.
- TheraPly benches are engineered for strength, using techniques used in joinery to maximise durability over time. Other benches rely more on mechanical fixings which will lose strength and become wobbly.
- TheraPly benches use superior quality materials, such as European birch plywood. This makes them nicer to handle, more durable and ultimately better value for money. Materials are as locally sourced as possible, to reduce transport mileage and improve sustainability.
- TheraPly benches have a wider range of combined height and angle adjustment, and do not have a bar across the bottom - which can restrict movement on some alternatives.
- TheraPly benches are finished to an exceptional standard. Our benches are meticulously sanded and lacquered all over with a premium lacquer. This gives a tactile finish and makes them safer to handle especially for vulnerable users. Some alternatives we have seen are not sanded/lacquered to the same standard and have metal brackets with sharp edges.
Q. Where are TheraPly Benches made?
A. TheraPly benches are made in our factory in Gloucestershire, England. This includes not only assembly of the benches but manufacturing and finishing of the wooden components and upholstery in-house. This means we can offer a higher quality product at better prices than alternatives imported from abroad.
Q. Do you supply to the NHS?
A. Yes, we supply a number of paediatric physiotherapy / occupational therapy departments in hospitals. We supply direct and through NHS procurement intermediaries such as Medequip Assistive Technology and NRS Healthcare. Please see our NHS page for further detail.
Q. Can TheraPly benches be recycled?
A. Yes. Once you are finished with your bench, please contact us to arrange recycling. We do not charge for recycling.
